Please note that on 28 March 2025, this Practice will close.  Unless we have agreed alternative arrangements, from 1 April 2025, we will no longer be eligible to hold your medical files.

If by this date, you have not yet transferred to a new practice, your physical patient notes and a summary of your electronic notes will be held securely at Tu Ora Compass Health.
